LENGTH PREPARATION

Prepare a screw-length requirement

Break the roof build-up into measurable layers, then prepare a nominal length and the exact drilling or embedment checks LK still needs.

Roofing system Roof profile / upper build-up (mm) Measure from the screw seating point to the top of the insulation or support layer below. Insulation / PU foam thickness (mm) Use the actual panel or foam-core thickness. Required fixing allowance below build-up (mm) Use the selected fastener's published requirement for drilling through the support and completing the thread engagement. Chem-Granite threaded-rod estimator

For standard threaded-rod installation in dry concrete using the supplied Chem-Granite Pure Epoxy table. It prepares drilling, resin, cartridge and curing details—not structural load capacity.

Resin allowance Planning allowance for initial purge, nozzle residue, overfill and site loss. Cartridge capacity (ml) The LK catalogue currently lists a 400ml Chem-Granite cartridge. Enter the capacity printed on the actual cartridge if different.

Standard-use boundary and data source This estimate assumes a rotary-hammer-drilled, dry, non-overhead hole in concrete. For diamond-cored, damp, water-filled or overhead work, confirm the current approved installation method with LK. Data comes from the LK-supplied Chem-Granite Pure Epoxy installation table; its revision is not shown in the current uploaded copy.
